Rations and personal items either wrapped in period packaging or used discreetly

Wear headdress at all times(Wear your jeep caps outside pubic hours only)

Saturday

07:30 - Reveille and Flag Detail

08:00 – Breakfast

09:30 – Roll call, Uniform Inspection, Briefing

10:00 - Show opens to public

16:30 - Flag Detail

17:00 – Show closes to public

17:30 - Evening meal, wash-up, clean-up and police weapons

18:30 - Evening event starts

22:30 - Evening event closes 

PM – Troops Return to camp

Sunday

07:30 – Reveille and Flag detail

08:00 – Breakfast

09:30 – Roll call, Uniform Inspection, briefing

10:00 – Show open to public

17:00 - Show closes to the public

17:30 - Access to site to breakdown (assumed)

***Please don't forget your deac certificates. Museum staff will be denying access to anyone who doesn't have a Certificate***

 

Unit Weapons: 30 cal. Mortar, Bazooka, Grenade Launcher. BAR

The paymaster and the drill Sargent (Cpl Nasty) will be in attendance for his event, so remember your ASN.

 

Water:    Available on Site.

 

Toilets:  Available on Site

 

Showers:  None

 

Food:     Friday Night – Woz's Mystery meal (Chili and Rice). 

          Saturday Breakfast – Cooked breakfast

          Saturday Lunch – Personal Rations

          Saturday Dinner – "LT's menu choice"

          Sunday Morning – Cooked breakfast

          Sunday Lunch – Personal Rations

 

Food Cost: £10/person for the weekend, payable on the weekend.

 

All Troops please bring to every event regardless: 

 

Some bread (Not a modern sliced loaf)

1x tin Stewing Steak or Corned Beef, and 1 tin of veg for a 2-can 

1x tin for sweet (Rice pudding, peaches)

1x tin of Spam, hot dog's or corned beef

Coffee or Tea

Please remove modern labels and/or relabel if possible.

 

Also, needed at every event:

 

Milk

Eggs 

Cooking oil

Washing up liquid

Bin Bags

 

Fire:     On site fires are prohibited By Order of the Peaky Blinders. No open fires allowed

​

Rubbish:  Bag rubbish/recycle and take home, you make it you take it home to recycle!

 

Alcohol:  Permitted. Personal Rations, or bring enough to share. Drink will be pooled then excess shared at end of weekend.

Parking:  Parking in the Museum car park. No over flow parking has been agreed as of this time. 

​

Access to Site: From Friday 12:00hrs no earlier. Call S.Sgt Sargent once parked

Come dressed in Green. We've been informed that anyone wearing Civi clothing will be denied access by the museum staff.

​

Health & Saftey:

 

Wear suitable and appropriate footwear and clothing. Inform organiser(M.Spencer) of any medical issues. Wear Sunscreen where needed and keep hydrated. The weather looks good to sunscreen is a must

 

Insurance: Unit PI Insurance cover in place, copy available on request.

 

First Aid:  Modern First Aid kit carried by M.Spencer & Rich Sage

COVID Brief: COVID Brief to be held 16:00 Friday. Observe social distancing and event organisers and WHO advice.        

 

Please do not wander off the pitch during show times, instead speak to the Sgt/2LT before leaving the pitch. Its a public event so we need guys to show and tell.
