All members are required to change into Green as soon at they are pitched up. And remain in uniform until endex has been called

Any deviation form the above uniform code will be questioned by the Unit Commander/NCO/Committee Member on the day. You may be asked to change.

Head cover to be worn at all times, either a Garrison Cap, or the M1 Helmet. (When on display a jeep cap should not be worn on it's own. After hours, the jeep cap can be worn as suits you)

No beards. Clean shaven upon arrival, or shave when changing into Green on the first day

No food/drink in modern packaging is to be consumed within the display area during public hours.

Event Itinerary:​

13:00 - Optional meet up at Pub.
15:00 Onwards - Arrival at site and set up
18:30 - Evening meal and R&R

Saturday
08:00 - Reveille and Flag Detail
09:00 – Breakfast
09:30 - Roll call. Briefing and Uniform Inspection
09:45 - Training talks. Possibility for a tactical patrol around the grounds
16:30 – Public Arrive for evening Proms. We will be expected to put on a display.
18:00 - The Program starts. Change into Class A or B. Enjoy the evenings entertainment.
10:30 - Proms close and public start leaving
00:00 - All members to report back to camp

Although we are not " officially on display" until the Proms start at 16:30, Burghley House will still be open to the public from 09:00. We will still be expected to interact with the public if they approach.

Keep your Green heads on. If given an order by an Officer or NCO, react in the appropriate manner.

​​Do not leave the Camp Area without clearing it first with either the Lieutenant, one of the senior NCOs or a Committee Member

Public display event. Respect the site rules and any reasonable requests given by the Staff.

Keep the profanities to a minimum or PG 13

There will be a meal deal available for £4.00 per person. This will include

Additionally Burghley will provide a meal voucher that can be redeemed at the onsite food vendors. Martyn will have these it issue

Probationary Members and Guests. We expect you to have your own insurance cover, if not then we can cover you under the groups insurance for a nominal fee of £5 for the weekend. This is payable to Marcus or a Committee Member on the first day of the event.
