Note. We have a new display area this year. We will be right next to the Air Space Hanger at the Eastern end of the air field. Prime location, so expect to be busy.
Event Parking:
Parking remains in the same location as previous events. The Field behind the American Hanger. Cars to be moved from display area to Car Park no later than 09:45 Saturday.

All members are required to change into Green as soon at they are pitched up. And remain in uniform until endex has been called

Any deviation form the above uniform code will be questioned by the Unit Commander/NCO/Committee Member on the day. You may be asked to change.

Head cover to be worn at all times, either a Garrison Cap, or the M1 Helmet. (When on display a jeep cap should not be worn on it's own. After hours, the jeep cap can be worn as suits you)

Friday
13:00 - Optional meet up at Pub.
15:00 Onwards - Arrival at site and set up
17:00 - Evening meal and R&R
Saturday
07:30 - Reveille and Flag Detail
08:00 – Breakfast
08:30 – Wash up, Clean up
09:45 - Mandatory Attendance. Roll call. Briefing and Uniform Inspection
10:00 - Event opens to the public
16:00 – Flag Detail
18:00 - Evening meal, wash up, clean up. Start packing away
Sunday
07:00 - Reveille
09:00 - Exit site

All Members in attendance are ordered to fall in for Saturdays Briefing

Keep your Green heads on. If given an order by an Officer or NCO, react in the appropriate manner.

Do not leave the Camp Area without clearing it first with either the Lieutenant, one of the senior NCOs or a Committee Member

Public display event. We are here at the invite on the Imperial War Museum. Respect the site rules and any reasonable requests given by the Staff.

Keep the profanities to a minimum.

Probationary Members and Guests. We expect you to have your own insurance cover, if not then we can cover you under the groups insurance for a nominal fee of £5 for the weekend. This is payable to Marcus or a Committee Member on the first day of the event.
