M1924 First Aid Pouch

What is it?

To help the medics attend to your wounds quickly, each GI was issued with their own first aid tin which was held in this pouch. They were worn to the rear of the ammunition belt

The design of the pouches varied as the war went on

What impression can I use this with?

Early War (no U.S. emblem)
Mid War
Late War

Things to note when buying

Both Reorps originals are readily available.

The M1924 pouch makes a handy storage compartment if you choose not to keep the Carlisle tin in there
